What we can help with

- Reporting abusive content or users — use the ⋯ menu in the app on posts, comments, profiles, or direct messages; or email us with links or screenshots.
- Blocking another user (⋯ menu on posts and profiles).
- Push notification or app technical problems (include device model and app version).
- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion).
Response times
We aim to review in-app content reports within 24 hours. General support email is answered within a few business days. Urgent safety reports are prioritised.
