Delete your account

You can delete your PetLocale account yourself. We do not require you to email us to complete deletion, but we can help if you are locked out.
Delete in the mobile app (recommended)
Open the PetLocale app → Settings → Delete account → enter your password → confirm deletion.
Deletion is permanent. You will be logged out and your session tokens will be revoked.
- Step 1: Sign in to the app.
- Step 2: Go to Settings, then open the Delete account tab (last tab).
- Step 3: Enter your password.
- Step 4: Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
What we delete
When deletion succeeds, we remove your user account and user-owned data such as pets, posts, comments, reactions, in-app notifications, chat participation, profile media, content reports you submitted, block-list entries, and registered push tokens, subject to short technical backup retention.
What may remain
If you booked with a groomer or vet, the salon/clinic may retain booking records they received (name, phone, pet details, appointment history) under their own legal obligations. Unlinking or deleting your Petlocale account does not delete their independent client records.
Anonymised or aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
Cannot access the app?
Email dijana.nikolic@petlocale.com from your registered address and request account deletion. We will verify ownership before processing manual requests.

This page satisfies Google Play’s requirement for a web-accessible account deletion resource in addition to in-app deletion.
